Thank you for placing your trust in us! In order to ensure your satisfaction, we have laid out these Terms and Conditions so that you and your referral have a pleasant experience.
In order for a referral gift card to be paid out, the following conditions MUST be met:
The person making the referral must be a current and active customer of Tipton Hill Insurance.
The referral customer (the person being referred) must be a new customer, who has not done prior business with Tipton Hill Insurance.
The referral customer (the person being referred) must have never received a quote from Tipton Hill Insurance within the last 18 months from date person is referred.
Referral Gift Card is paid one time per referred customer, regardless if the referring customer receives quotes for more than one line of business (i.e. Homeowners and Auto quote).
Referring Customer MUST provide a complete copy of their current insurance policy, INCLUDING their current Premium being paid, in order to receive a quote. Without receiving the referring customers complete copy of their current insurance, no referral Gift Cards can be issued. ** See Note below for the reasoning **
Important Notes About This Program
As you can gather, the intent of this program is to reward our existing customers for referring their friends and family, which in return helps our company grow. While our intent is to ensure all referrals are compensated properly, it is important for the above conditions to be met to ensure a fair and reasonable effort is made by all parties. While we understand some customers prefer not to show their current rates when shopping for new insurance, we have found that often times customers who shop their insurance don’t fairly compare similar coverage – to no fault of their own. By requiring a copy of the referral’s current insurance, it ensures we can truly do an “Apples to Apples” comparison to their current insurance policies. The goal here is to provide adequate coverage at reduced pricing, not cut coverage to win the business. While our competitors in this field tend to sacrifice coverage to win business, this is against our business model; not to mention it’s very unethical!
